Owning up to its promise, Apple has started accepting orders for the iPad Pro in the US. Its screen measures 12.9 inches across diagonally, making it much larger than the 9.7-inch iPad Air 2, and it includes a stylus and a cover that doubles as a keyboard. Sales of the iPad have been declining for several quarters, including Apple’s fiscal fourth-quarter, which ended in September.

The company also noted that it will be available in stores later in the week alongside the new Apple Smart Keyboard and the Apple Pencil.
“The competition is different… they are confused”, Cook said on stage while standing in front of a criss-crossed traffic sign. The 30-second advert showcases the split screen multitasking, the Pencil’s note taking support and, of course, the star of the show the incredibly large 12.9-inch screen. That is not the only good news because if you are wondering about the earliest iPad Pro delivery date, that would be this Friday. Now it turns out that it is ok to want these things provided you pay Apple a lot of dosh from the the same things fanboys mocked.
Microsoft’s Surface is already a prominent device in this market, and is seen as the biggest rival to the Pro.
If you plan on ordering from another source, Best Buy or AT&T or someone else, you’ll want to do the same. All the credits undoubtedly go to iPad Pro as the gadget has come up with an additional keyboard and stylus and thus turning out to a strong contender compared to traditional laptop.
“I think if you’re looking at a PC, why would you buy a PC anymore?” Someone who really loves his or her iPad will love the bigger version.
“iPad Pro enables new forms of mobile creativity that will help transform how creatives work”, said Scott Belsky, vice president of Products at Adobe.
