With the launch of the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus yesterday, it was confirmed that there would be no headphone jack and that Bluetooth or Lightning Audio headphones would be required to listen to your favourite tunes on Apple’s latest smartphone. When the iPhone 6 launched, it sold out in pre-sale, so now’s the time to commit to your preferred device so you know just what to order. But is the iPhone 7 sold out already? This meant that iPhone 7 users must buy wireless headphones or use an adaptor to connect wired headphones to the battery port.

With one simple announcement, Apple managed to strip the shine from the keynote that introduced the iPhone 7 to the world. The same may happen with Apple’s latest iPhone launch.

For the first time, the new iPhone 7 will also sport stereo speakers at the top and bottom of the device.

O2 has no stock of the iPhone 7 (128GB) in “Jet Black”, but says it can deliver the iPhone 7 (256GB) in “Jet Black” by September 16.

The release date for iOS 10 was announced yesterday during an Apple event where the company also unveiled the new iPhones and a new lineup of Apple Watches.

Although pre-orders open on September 9, the phones and Watch won’t start shipping until September 16.

iPhone 7 pre-order day is here and two things are clear.

An Apple fan with the surname Lin thinks that the iPhone is still worth every cent.

The design is a bit different as the lines have given way to solid colour, among them a matte-finish solid black and glossy jet black versions.

The new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are fitted with quad core processors with an expected increase of 40% in the CPU speed.

If they do switch, and when iPhone users move ahead with this generation’s iPhone from an iPhone they purchased several years ago, they’ll be in for a whole new ballgame. Music lovers huffed over Apple’s insistence on killing the beloved headphone jack.

The new iPhone models are also waterproof – the hardware can tolerate immersion in up to 1 meter of water for half an hour.
