Apple is Making a Bluetooth Headphone with All-Day Battery Life
The Apple Bluetooth component focuses on power efficiency and could enable Apple to debut new wireless headphones with really long battery life, perhaps in concert with the iPhone 7 launch – expected release date is September 16th. Today, MobileFunposted a video of a working pair of Lightning EarPods, and the overall look of the accessory appears more in line with Apple’s design than any of the previous leaks. We can’t even be sure if those are original shells of the upcoming device or made by the third party.

Other news sources are reporting that Apple is also building their own Bluetooth headphones to go with the iPhone 7.
At its upcoming event in the fall, Apple is rumored to release a couple of novel iPhone handsets.
The need for improved Bluetooth headphones would be heightened if Apple ditches the headphones jack with the next iPhone, as has been widely reported over the past several months.
Recent discussion says that the iPhone 7 won’t be drastically different to its predecessor, the iPhone 6, but rather the flagship coming in 2017 will bring out new exciting features.
The official YouTube page of Unbox Therapy had featured the final prototype of the iPhone 7.
It seems as if these AirPods will be safe from the battery issue that plagues all wireless headphones as these have been manufactured in collaboration with Passif Semiconductor who Apple acquired in 2013 and specialize in making power efficient chipsets.
Apple talks about giving us new technologies we didn’t know we couldn’t live without. Apple could still milk their fanbase by selling the newly branded wireless earphones with technology from their Beats acquisition.
Others may be in development, but this is the first model we’ve seen that solidly matches the Lightning port requirement.

Along with rumored specs of the iPhone 7, the iPhone 8 might also sport a better-quality screen with an edge-to-edge organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display.
