Apple is now answering your Apple Music questions on Twitter
For all other Apple Products, customers still have to turn to the company’s main website for questions and support.

It has been a long while since the debut of Apple Music.
The Apple Music Twitter account will be managed and controlled by Apple representatives who will guide users’ queries with possible solutions. The company recently posted a batch of Apple Music tutorials to its YouTube account, covering the service’s core features. Users have all sorts of problems related to the music streaming service, with most of the early ones include iTunes Match mix-ups and issues related to subscription billing. “We’re ready to assist Mon-Sun from 6am-8pm PDT”.
We believe Apple should take these necessary expansionary steps to bring in fresh subscribers and retain its present customer base, especially since the free three-month Apple Music trial came to an end last month.
Aside from Twitter, Apple Music and its counterpart Beats 1 radio station have also planted their flag on other social media sites and apps, such as Tumblr and Snapchat.

Many find Apple Music inscrutable, even a few of the most Apple-savvy members of the community, like our own Adam Engst (see “Retuning Rdio: Why I Dropped Apple Music”, 7 October 2015) and The Loop’s Jim Dalrymple (see “Jim Dalrymple Quits Apple Music, Calling It a “Nightmare””, 23 July 2015). The outreach to social platform is seeing an increase in growth for Apple. The move will also help the company arrive at more specific details over the problems users are facing with the new service. Now you can shout at Twitter.
