Because while everyone was expecting a normal launch of the newest flagship smartphone of the tech company, Apple surprised everyone and made major breakthroughs, not only in the new iPhone 7 but as well as the new Apple Watch Series 2.

The stakes for the iPhone 7 are high after sales of the gadget dropped during two straight quarters this year, the first declines in its history. Apple reported sales of $51.5 billion and more than 48 million iPhones sold in the same quarter previous year. This is the same feature in place already across Apple MacBook laptops.
Now the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus may be plagued by the same syndrome.
Wall Street is impatient for growth, and Apple will be hard-pressed to reverse the downward trend this year, said Colin Gillis, an analyst with BGC Partners. That’s something Jobs was famous for whenever he showed off new products.
But some consumer technology sites are advising users to hold off on upgrading until next year’s version, which will mark the 10-year anniversary of the iPhone.
Apple initially quoted shipping dates of two to three weeks after September 16, but the company quickly pushed ship dates back to four to six weeks for some versions of the black iPhone 7s. Apple’s stock shed 29 cents to $107.41 in late afternoon trading. On average, the new iPhone 7 will last two hours longer than an iPhone 6 and an hour longer than an iPhone 6s Plus.
What will be considered as a saving grace to many is that both models with have the longest battery life ever in an iPhone.
The most significant upgrades to this year’s models include a faster processor and a better camera, upgrades that Apple typically makes every year. The more expensive and larger iPhone 7 Plus boasts the biggest change, with two digital camera lenses.

The new dual-lens camera allows a huge increase in quality when zooming in on photographs – a gripe that has plagued the success of the Apple camera for generations. Orders will start this Friday. As people store more photos and video on their phones, Apple is taking a cue from rival phone makers and offering its starter model with 32 gigabytes of storage. It will be available as free download beginning September 13. Among other things, the software will add more intelligence to Apple services like Maps, Photos, the iPhone keyboard and Siri, the voice-activated digital assistant. Apple Watch Series 2 is packed with incredible fitness and health capabilities, including a water resistance 50 meter rating for swimming and built-in Global Positioning System.
