Apple May Allow for Deletion of Pre-Loaded iPhone Apps
BuzzFeed asked the question, which has always been on the lips of iOS users, during a 20-minute auto journey with Cook on the way to a surprise drop-in at an Apple Store in Manhattan.

We’ll start with making sure you have enough space.
If you plug in your phone to your computer and install the update via iTunes it might be faster and you won’t have any problem. Has anyone ever actually used Tips? But he explained that it may be more complicated than it seems.
Even if your iPhone or iPad is nearing its fourth birthday, you can probably still upgrade. iOS is compatible with devices as old as the iPhone 4s, iPad 2, and 5th generation iPod touch. There are other apps that aren’t like that.
Either way we suppose we’ll just have to wait and see how well iOS 9 does upon its release, but what do you guys think? “It’s important.” Here’s what Cook had to say when questioned about privacy concerns and the “Hey Siri” feature: “First you can decide you don’t want Hey Siri“, Cook responds. (Those are included in my junk folder, which has 27 other iOS apps I’ve never opened.) One thing is certain: if and when Apple lets users delete those pesky apps, we’ll have our iPhones ready to purge. The recently announced iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will come with iOS 9 pre-installed. If you have iCloud storage space left your phone automatically backs up whenever your iPhone is plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi.
Update 4: We’re seeing more reports from users who confirm that updating via iTunes works just fine.
After months of waiting Apple fans will finally be able to download iOS 9 tomorrow.
We’re expecting the new Apple OS to roll out from 6pm and there’s likely to be mad rush to download it.
