Besides the reduction of the phone’s thickness, another feature that wowed fans was the introduction of new colours.

There has been so much buzz and chatter ahead of Wednesday’s big iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus event that it can be hard to filter out the junk from the details that come from reliable sources. On either of the computers, you can head over to Apple Events page, and wait for the clock to strike 10:30PM IST for the live stream to begin. Already this year, Lenovo’s Motorola division and Chinese smartphone maker LeEco have released phones without analog audio jacks, relying instead on cords that plug into a new digital port known as USB-C – which, of course, is different from Apple’s Lightning port. As a matter of fact, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will nearly certainly be Apple’s most exciting iPhones ever. The dual camera setup is expected to bring more post-shooting features and greater flexibility in adjusting the depth of field of images shot. There’s a lot more expected, including a new version of the Apple Watch and software updates for all Apple products.

Most iPhone owners will get used to the new technology, Milanesi predicted. Well, if you an Apple then, you have to wake up late night to witness new instalment of I Phone. The iPhone represents about two-thirds of Apple’s revenues, and the previous edition, the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, was the first iPhone to not outsell the previous edition.

Sure there will be razzle-dazzle at the Apple event.

It could simply support the Apple Pencil that’s now compatible with the 12.9-inch and 9.7-inch versions of the iPad Pro, which would encourage iPhone buyers to fork out for the productivity-based tablet.

The event will come as Apple squares off with the European Union over a demand that the iPhone maker pay a record 13 billion euros ($14.5 billion) in back taxes in Ireland.

Storage: Apple has done away with the unpopular 16GB storage capacity option. Beats’ wireless earbuds start at $200 and headphones at $300.

Rumor has it Apple is ready to drop the headphone jack on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus – and the UK’s largest mobile network has announced a new scheme, which hints it may be the case.
