Apple Music might be more human than its rivals, but it at times feels like said human’s been at the sauce.

From there, the app ushers you to For You, a section of playlists it generated based on your selections. You can repeat this as much as you need to. This is the first and only music streaming service built for people, not geeks.
As you trudged your way through the sand at Hampton Beach, carrying a cooler on your way to claim a spot, you might hear the Allman Brothers’ “Ramblin’ Man” or the Red Sox originating from more than one source, a parade of echoes along the shoreline.

But the artists I followed, like Kings of Leon, Belle and Sebastian and Sonic Youth, used Connect as a portal to upload seemingly arbitrary photos and link to places where people could buy their iTunes albums. It’s only music that you can no longer share to your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.
