PanGu Team has successfully been able to jailbreak iOS 9.0 to 9.0.2 but are still now working to jailbreak iOS 9.1, reports Value Walk.

At this point in time, it’s hard to say what iOS 9.2 beta brings with it, but if past releases are anything to go by then it’s a high chance that the software is no more than a bug squashing and performance enhancing release. But we’re quite certain that Apple might have thrown small visual changes into the mix as well, and maybe something on the functionality front. The new download for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch is available via the Developer Center. For those of you who aren’t fully updated to iOS 9.1, you’re missing out on better battery life, new emojis, the ability to multitask, a more helpful Siri and that’s just the beginning.

The update is the first major version release of the mobile operating system since Apple came out with iOS 9 on September 16. iOS 9.1 fixes a number of bugs that existed in the previous version, iOS 9.0.2. There’s also an Xcode 7.2 beta available. With other words, if you need your iPad or iPhone to remain jailbroken, you will need to stick to the iOS 9 for now.
