Apple today has updated iTunes to version 12.5.1 for OS X and Windows users (also available for those already on the macOS Sierra GM), bringing the new Apple Music redesign to the platform.

Starting with the new Apple Music design (seen above), Apple basically built the new look of the music streaming service from the ground up.
iTunes is a media player, online radio broadcaster, media library and mobile device management application that has been developed by Apple and released back in 2001.
The iTunes v12.5.1 update has additionally provided support for iOS 10, which was officially released on Tuesday.
Also arriving today is Picture-in-Picture mode.
Single sign-on lets you use your cable subscription login to automatically sign in to TV channel apps instead of manually entering your user name and password for each. Your video floats above your desktop in any corner of the screen.
It should be noted that several users have complained on Twitter that after updating their iTunes to v12.5.1, they were not able to access their iCloud Music Library. The Photos app is also getting an update with the Memories feature.

Unfortunately, this makes it hard to really begin to use the upgraded version of iTunes, as the message continually interrupts. If you do, head to the Apple Software Update app and check for updates. We’ve asked Apple for more information and will update if a response is provided.
