Apple Reveals iPhone 7 With Water Resistance, 12MP Camera And Bigger Battery

“Super Mario Run” for iPhone is the first ever Mario mobile game, and it will come exclusively to iOS, Forbes reported.

According to a listing on the App Store, the game features three modes.

There will also be an interactive competitive mode, where players can challenge others’ high scores. Throughout the presentation, Nintendo showcased some of the game, which will let you collect coins, compete against other players, and create your own Mushroom Kingdom.

Japanese-designed video games are expanding to iOS devices this year as Niantic’s “Pokémon Go” gets Apple Watch support while Nintendo’s “Super Mario” debuts on iPhones and iPads.

The game will be released at a set price. Nintendo told Kotaku: “We do intend to release the game on Android devices at some point in the future”.

“Super Mario Run represents the next phase of Nintendo’s expansion to mobile platforms, following the release of Miitomo earlier this year”, Nintendo explained in the release.
