Apple’s Holiday Gift to Employees

Not only is she celebrating her birthday and the success of her 1989 tour, she also recently announced plans of releasing her 1989 tour film on Apple Music. “It’s on the order of a coup for Apple inasmuch as we all know that Apple is late to this party and the competition is fierce, the market is heavily subscribed with services”.

While Beats headphones could be cheaper in Amazon, Apple has given a total of $190 for this year’s holiday gifts to its retail employees, that is more generous than last year’s Incase Staple backpack last year, which is now priced at $59.95. Employees will receive an Apple Music promo code later this month, which will allow them to activate their free subscriptions.

Taylor Swift’s “1989 World Tour LIVE” hits Apple Music December 20, but it’ll only be available for subscribers, just as Swift and Apple intended.

Now that she just turned a year older, is in a massive solo tour around the globe, has a squad that is definitely the envy of so many, and a stable relationship with equally successful Calvin Harris, Swift was asked about what she personally thinks of the year that was.

She said: “Getting ready for this, I wondered about a lot of things”. But given the current subscription level, the company certainly has a long way to go to attain its dream.

And Taylor also included a clip of the film in which she explained her dreams for the tour. “Don’t listen to anyone saying you can’t change into something that you feel like doing'”.

“Something that scares me a little bit is how valuable it would be to find something that I’ve done wrong, or to find something that is problematic about me”. And that’s the part that kind of gets to me sometimes, is that every day – like right now, there’s someone in TMZ trying to dig through my trash and figure out what I did wrong.

“It’s only when I look down the line that I see it being a problem”, she later elaborated. I say this with love, reverence, and admiration for everything else Apple has done.
