Apple released iOS 10 yesterday, the latest version of its mobile operating system. And if you dont have enough storage for photos, theres always Google Photos which also works well with iOS.

The new software will also work on the iPod touch 6th generation, but not on any older iPod models.
For those with newer phones, the software has some shiny new features that might make upgrading now an attractive proposition.
Apple states that users should hold the buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, “and don’t release when you see the Apple logo” – keep holding until recovery mode is displayed on the screen.
Stickers, image markup, doodles, bouncing text bubbles and GIFS are just some of the new fun meant to make messages more expressive.
Siri – Siri enthusiasts will likely appreciate that Apple’s personal assistant system is better integrated with others apps. You can also make restaurant reservations and book rides through Maps. This is going to erase everything on your device so you hopefully backed your device up before starting the update process. Apple has also chose to do away with the familiar “slide to unlock” function on the home screen. Among other things, there are new options for organizing your photos, and you’ll be able to type in two languages without switching keyboards.
It is not the first time Apple has had teething problems in rolling out major updates. Historically, some of Apple’s operating system bugs are minor and some induce migraines: for example, Apple’s iOS 9.3.2 caused certain iPad Pros to lock up, trapping those users in an endless loop unable to use their devices.
For some iPhone owners, the launch of iOS 10 is a time to gleefully share Mario stickers or use Siri to call an Uber.
Finally, the iOS 10 update addresses a GeoServices bug that could have exposed sensitive location information on an iPhone.
Backing up your data and photos is important just in case anything goes awry.
Hundreds of social media users complained about the issue to Apple’s Twitter account.
It contains the same seven security fixes that ship with iOS 10.0, including for one interesting bug that would allow a man-in-the-middle attacker to stop an iPhone from receiving software updates.
Then, rather than the device automatically turning back on with iOS 10 installed, a screen appeared prompting users to plug their handsets into a computer, rendering the phone useless until they did so.
