The world’s best-known technology company said the iPhone 7, starting at $649, would have one, zooming 12-megapixel camera.

“While the camera improvements for the iPhone 7 Plus are nice, they are incremental for most and the lack of headphone jacks could offset that for others”, said Bob O’Donnell of research firm TECHnalysis.
The redesigned earbuds – with cord – will be included with the new iPhones.

The new phones are getting faster processors, water resistance, better cameras and more colorful screens, while losing a traditional headphone jack in favor of wireless headphones and those that use the Lightning charging port. Apple also says the iPhone 7 will have better battery life – about one or two hours more from recent models.
Customers can either visit Apple.com or their wireless providers’ website immediately after 11:59 p.m. Thursday night to claim an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus.
It also removed the analog headphone jack, as was widely expected. “It makes no sense to tether ourselves with cables to our mobile devices”, he said during the company’s annual fall event.

Apple’s twin lens setup is wide angle and telephoto in the iPhone 7 Plus. It has an added dual core processor, up to 50 per cent faster than the first watch and a new GPU that delivers twice the graphic performance of original Apple Watch.
The iPhone 7 Plus will have two cameras with different lenses that will boost the zoom capabilities of the camera.
Apple also debuted a “Notify” option on the App Store for a brand new “Super Mario Run” game. And she’s not anxious about any backlash over elimination of the hardware jack.
Pokemon Go is now available in select countries, while most regions, including India, China and Japan are still eagerly waiting for its official launch. “Three months later, it will be, ‘Why did we ever have that?'”
The new phone will start shipping in major markets, including the United States and China, on September 16. Orders will start this Friday. Older iPhones will get price reductions, and last year’s models are also getting double the storage. Among other things, the software will add more intelligence to Apple services like Maps, Photos, the iPhone keyboard and Siri, the voice-activated digital assistant. The previous Apple Watch model is resistant to splashes, but not extensive use in water.
