Apple sends out invite for iPhone 7 launch event
The Commission has also listed ten ID numbers for “mobile electronic devices with the Apple trademark and watchOS 2”, which are likely Apple Watch 2 models.

Apple confirmed Monday that it will have a media event on september 7 – at which it is expected to introduce a new iPhone and the next version of the Apple Watch. You can see the problem explained at length here.
So finally the launch date has arrived and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium is the place from where the market will see the next prime model by Apple. These are nearly certainly the new iPhone handsets and as there’s only two of them this is one more piece of evidence against the existence of the iPhone 7 Pro.
Even though, Apple never reveals its plans before announcing the products, the date and timing of the media event is an indication of the new smartphone and it is quite possible that it will be named iPhone 7. There is talk of an improved processor and Global Positioning System chip being introduced with the Apple’s new wearable device that will likely feature improved waterproofing and new swim tracking functions. It is expected to be slimmer and lighter than the current iPhone 6S and there is a suggestion it could be waterproof. A French tech site claimed that the white plastic antenna lines across the back in the existing latest iPhone devices will be removed. As such, Apple is going to have a lot of trouble marketing the “iPhone 7” as anything other than a slightly upgraded version of the “6”.
According to often well-informed Japanese blog Macotakara, the iPhone 7 will be available in five colors, including three of the same color options of the iPhone 6s and two black options. Earlier in the year, rumours suggested that the iPhone 7’s dual lense camera could make the handset focus faster, or allow users to change the focus after taking pictures.

Apple also reported a 15 per cent drop in iPhone sales globally, from 47.5 million units to 40.4 million in its recent second quarter results. It appears the standard iPhone 7 will get a enlarged camera with an improved sensor, but the biggest upgrade will go to the iPhone 7 Pro’s camera.
