Apple sold 13 million new iPhones in first weekend
At last year’s launch of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, the company reported sales of more than 10 million units on the first weekend. Whatever the reason, Apple’s iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus are already breaking sales records three days after launch.

Those additional countries set to receive the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus in the coming weeks include Italy, Mexico, Russia, Spain and Taiwan.
The Apple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus will be available to more than 130 countries by the end of the year.
The iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus offer fewer changes, although Apple added a pressure-sensitive display that better responds to your touch and sharper camera.
The California tech giant began selling the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus in nine markets, including China, on Friday. Formerly a computer company then a music device maker, iPhone sales now make up about 60 per cent of Apple’s revenues.
Including China on this list has helped Apple break another world record and also doubled the initial market size.
This number is not a surprise to many, especially when many analysts expected the company to sell anywhere between 12 million to 13 million iPhones during the first weekend.
