Apple to launch three models of iPhone 7 on September 7
Along with the introduction of the next-generation iPhone models, Apple is also expected to reveal the “Apple Watch 2” with a larger battery and built-in Global Positioning System capability. In addition to those two Apple devices, there could be some more devices, and this is what is known about Apple’s Announcement with its release date and how to watch it online or livestream the event.

If all the rumors are true about the neglect of the headphone jack on the iPhone 7, it will be absorbing to hear the audience’s reaction when this is realized on stage.
The iPhone 7 event is being held at 10 a.m. PDT on the 7th of September at the Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco.
Apple usually launches its new iPhones in the second week of September, so it comes as no surprise that people would think the event is for such a launch. Mock-ups of the iPhone suggest that the phone will be the same size as the old one. The current Apple Watch is 15 months old, so a fresh model is due.
It’s a hint to the camera upgrade expected in Apple’s next iPhone.
The predicted iPhone 7 launch comes hot on the heels of its main rival Samsung’s lauch of the Galaxy Note 7 which has been roundly praised by the tech media.
If the rumours for the upcoming iPhone 7 are correct, then the iPhone 7 will shed a 3.5 mm audio jack and replace that with a dongle that will connect your old headphones to the lightning port, or simply wireless EarPods.
The other big change is that Apple is expected to have a dual-lens camera in the larger 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus which is likely to boost its ability to shoot images in low light and add DSLR-like shooting abilities to the smartphone. The Cupertino company could introduce upgraded versions of the first Apple Watch with internal upgrades and faster processors.

Apple will be livestreaming the event on its special page, as it has most years.
