Apple’s dedication to fitness is made obvious by the features of the Watch Series 2. A Nike+ version of the watch, scheduled to launch in late October, will offer coaching and motivation features linked to the Nike running community.

The real star of the show, however, is the new Watch OS 3. Apple identified what was flawed and went back to the drawing board.
The new Apple Watch has many more features that will appeal to nearly any owner and it really does look like the guys at Cupertino have outdone themselves this year. There’s a new swimming app too, with all laps in the pool finally counting toward fitness goal rings. We have some potentially bad news-it might be late.
Not only that, but Apple is already reporting that some versions of the new phone are already selling out in pre-order. “Load times are nowhere near as long as they were on the first Apple Watch, and the days of the screen going blank before the app had even loaded are now a thing of the past”, writes Pocket-Lint’s Stuart Mile. However, this free upgrade is reaching owners of Apple Watch devices as well, and he says that this just means consumers do not need to buy anything new with watchOS 3 around. The heavier weight of the new Apple smartwatch is said to be very obvious when one holds the successor and the predecessor side by side.
For those of you who’d rather not wait, you’ll have to try your luck at one of Apple’s Retail Stores on the 16th of September to see if they have the model/band combination you want available on the day. Considering it was probably the best smartwatch on the market before the Series 2 came out, the new price should be additionally enticing for first-timers. Not because you’ll miss out on the new watch’s Global Positioning System or waterproofing, but because on the old one, it often feels like it takes less time to play a round of Monopoly than to launch an app.
Both the Apple Watch 2 and Samsung Gear S3 have dual core processors.
