Apple has launched all three versions of the watch – Apple Watch Sport, Apple Watch and Apple Watch Edition – in India and is now available in two different sizes, 38 mm and 42 mm, respectively.

Apple initially launched the smartwatch about seven months ago though the company has yet to announce just how numerous wearables it has sold.

The Apple Watch has seen healthy demand around the world but how will it fare in India? Apple hasn’t presented the Apple Watch Hermès in India. The stainless steel body of the device comes in four colors- gold, silver, black and rose gold and there are stainless steel and leather straps on offer. However, the most expensive versions of this device are the ones with gold coating. Moving on to the price point, the 38mm variant of the Apple Watch Sport, Apple Watch and Apple Watch edition start at Rs 30,900, Rs 48,900 and Rs 8,20,000 respectively.
This price difference might end-up damaging the Apple Watch’s revenue.
The most expensive in the lot will be 18-Carat Rose gold casing that starts at Rs 8.2 lakh for the 38mm model and Rs. 9.9 lakh for 42mm version.
The watch allows users to make and receive calls, read e-mails, control music, take pictures, manage Instagram photos and keep track of fitness using the smartwatch. Recently Tim Cook told India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi that the country holds a, “very special place in the heart of every Apple employee” because it was somewhere Steve Jobs visited as a young man searching for inspiration.
Apple is selling these products through its over 100 premium reseller stores in the country.

In the -mm class, Apple has valued Apple Watch Game with white hobby group and gold aluminum case in a beginning price of Rs. 30, Apple Watch with white activity group and stainless case at Rs and 900. That’s not all; the Apple Watch also comes integrated with a heart-rate monitor.
