Apple WWDC Conference: What to Expect

Wearables seem to be a more discussed trend in tech circles, but a new report indicates that developers are more interested to build apps for the Apple TV over the Apple Watch.

We’re expecting to hear about iOS 10, OS X (MacOS?) 10.12, tvOS 10, and watchOS 3 at this year’s WWDC keynote alongside the possibility of new MacBooks, however these laptops won’t be released until Q4 of 2016 if rumors are correct.

What do you hope to see at WWDC? It is also expected that the new devices will be launched in both U.S. and the United Kingdom on the same date followed by a launch in emerging Asian countries like India.

Siri is anticipated to feature new capabilities.

Apple has started sending out invitations to many publications (unfortunately not ourselves) around the world to join them at WWDC June 13th.

The upcoming Apple Watch 2 has avid fans clamoring about it due to its alleged ability to offer the FaceTime app, which users can practically use to talk with friends without having to rely on their iPhone. Specifically, it could be announced in September, right alongside the iPhone 7.

And there could be an update to the Find My Friends app to make it a lot more useful to a broader audience.

When it does arrive, it might have features including facial recognition that can tell who’s in a room, according to a report from CNET. Still, if Apple’s expected focus on Siri for WWDC comes true, then it will probably lay the groundwork for the speaker’s eventual arrival.

First off, OS X is set to get a redesign – named macOS, in keeping with the operating systems for the rest of Apple’s line-up. The voice assistant has never been available on the Mac, but that looks like it’s about to change.

Apple Watch 2 may be released soon as its predecessor is now being offered at a lower price.

GameNGuide cited that Best Buy has retailed the Apple Watch at a great discount during its Memorial Day Weekend Sale. This allows a smaller section of users to test the software before the iOS 10 release date that we expect this fall. There’s also a possibility we could see the debut of new hardware products, and much of the Mac line is in need of an update.

WWDC 2016 one more thing not Apple Watch 2
