Producer AraabMuzik is on the mend after being shot several times during a robbery attempt in a Harlem garage in NY on Thursday (Feb. 25).

As he and Malloy headed to the exit, two men approached the driver’s side, then one of the suspects tricked AraabMUZIk into thinking he had dropped something.
Fellow music producer Swizz Beatz visited the 26-year-old producer in the hospital and relayed the message that AraabMuzik “would like everyone to know he is good and thx for the prayers”.
Also at the scene was Orellana’s friend James Malloy, 32, who was shot in the right leg and is reportedly in a stable condition at St Luke’s Hospital. The producer to began to roll down his window and shots were reportedly fired immediately afterwards.
AraabMuzik was shot in 2013 during an attempted robbery – a case “of being in the wrong place at the wrong time”, according to his reps.
They were hospitalised but are both expected to bounce back from the incident.

Police sources reported that last night’s shooting was the second near-death scare AraabMuzik has faced in the past few years. “We appreciate all the concern and fan support and Araab is looking forward to a speedy recovery and returning to the stage as soon as he can”. He just got shot but he’ll be alright! He has produced for the likes of Fabolous, Dipset and A$AP Mob.
