Arian Foster: Still Not 100 Percent

Following an early afternoon start in Atlanta on Sunday, October 4th, the Texans make the trip home to host the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday Night Football on the 8th. “That game at Carolina was a very physical game”.

The Texans are no different from this ordeal.

Houston Texans’ Ryan Mallett (15) looks to pass under pressure… However, even though Blue was outperformed by his fellow running mates, star running back Arian Foster is healing well.

Buffalo coach Rex Ryan tried to fire his team up earlier in the week with some tough talk for the Patriots, but Gilmore told ESPN that he felt his team, which drew 14 flags in Sunday’s game, was too fired up. He, however, is not the sole person to blame.

The Texans have had a rough start to their 2015 season, going 0-2 through the first two games. This cannot continue to happen and expect winning results. So is Xavier Su’a-Filo (calf). Starting right tackle Derek Newton was placed at left guard.

All of this is a domino effect that not only effects the offensive line but the entire play of the offense. I like Washington, and I knew there was going to be a chance he could be the No.2 option over Shorts. Hoyer and Mallet combined to throw for 298 yards, but it took the two quarterbacks 47 attempts to do so, and the two combined to be sacked 5 times. Gilmore made five solo tackles, and three of the Bills’ defensive backs were in the team’s top-four tacklers, usually not a good sign for a defense. “The overall execution of the running game from the basics of the hand off, and how we’re executing the running as it relates to the scheme in the backfield, those things can be better, the blocking can be better”. He has the arm and he has the pocket awareness, but the accuracy is questionable.

Brian Hoyer got the first start of the season and did a poor job. “He feels better. I’m not sure about this week, but I would say that he would be back sooner rather than later”.
