Ariana Grande – “Dangerous Woman”
“Dangerous Woman” was produced by Max Martin, who has famously produced for Britney Spears, Taylor Swift and Maroon 5 and it’s not a big surprise that Ariana Grande fits among these pop icons.

The Dangerous Woman album, which was released on 20 May, is already at number one in the United Kingdom on the midweek charts but faces competition from Ashcroft’s record, These People. “Let Me Love You”, the icy Lil Wayne duet, is a trip-hop-infused R&B track – think Brandy doing a Massive Attack song – glitching Grande’s whispery vocals into a robotic “just let me luh-uh-uh-uh-uh-ove you” chorus. She released the video today (May 24) for the latest single from her new album Dangerous Woman.
Throughout the record, Grande flirts a bit with soul, blues, R&B and a little hint of jazz, but at the same time the flow of the album is let down by a few tracks that don’t match the overall tone of the album.
Later on in the video we discover that Grande has a straight-laced boyfriend who is her arm candy for what looks like a charity event. She has a attractive voice, and knows exactly how to use it. Here are the five best songs from the album. “A little bit risky, but baby, that’s how I want it, A little less conversation, and a little more touch my body, Cause I’m so into you, into you, into you“. Speaking on the red carpet she revealed about her album “There’s a lot of different flavours, a lot of different colours, a lot of different emotions”. “You gotta make it work”.
Discussing the album with BBC Radio 1Xtra, Grande said: “I really feel like a huge step forward and I’m really proud of it”.

This album is without a doubt, Grande’s most coherent statement. Ariana Grande is enjoying the road trip with her lover boy. She’s come into her own as an artist and while she’s still got more risks to take musically, it shows that she’s on a trajectory to become one of pop’s greats.
