The star joined a host of her fellow actor’s at the SAG Awards over the weekend and opted to wear a stunning strapless design which showed her scars.

Earlier today, she also took to Instagram to share a body positive message to all her followers with a Marc Jacobs’ quote that reads, “I always find beauty in things that are odd & imperfect – they are much more interesting”.
At only 152cm tall, Winter suffered from back pain and struggled with getting clothes to fit.
Winter went from a 32F bra size to a 34D as a result of her surgery, which has alleviated some of the back problems she had because of her large bust size.
It shouldn’t be a big deal that Winter showed off her scars on the red carpet.
After the ceremony the star, who will turn 18 on Thursday, said she was “proud” of the scar left behind by the surgery.
Winter first revealed that she had undergone breast reduction surgery last April in an interview with Glamour. “Your imperfections make you perfectly you”.
“I got it for myself”.
Fast-forward to January 2016, Winter was completely rockin’ it at the SAG awards. Winter added that while she may have appeared to exude confidence on the red carpet, on the inside she was feeling down on herself.
She’s spoken openly about the procedure and how it’s made her feel more comfortable in her own skin.
