Now-former Arizona Wildcats running back Orlando Bradford was arrested Wednesday and immediately dismissed from the team. He is being held at Pima County Jail without bond.
On Thursday, a second woman came forward and alleged that Bradford had assaulted her multiple times in the past, according to a report from Tucson News Now.
Dugan said the police received a 911 call around 6:30 a.m. local time Wednesday regarding an alleged domestic violence incident.
“Earlier [Wednesday], we were made aware that Orlando Bradford had been arrested”, said Arizona coach Rich Rodriguez in a statement. Bradford was arrested shortly thereafter. He had five carries for 16 yards on the season and ran for 208 yards and three scores a year ago. Bradford was the only other player on the team with a rushing attempt.
Bradford participated in practice Wednesday morning.

It was announced prior to the start of the season that Bradford would be splitting carries in the backfield alongside junior running back Nick Wilson while that will be the case no longer.
