Arkham Knight is no longer coming to Linux or OSX
“Batman: Arkham Knight” has been complicated to rate, considering how its console ports have mostly been successful while its personal computer (PC) version has been lackluster.

Just about every big-name blockbuster that releases on the big-screen is accompanied by a tie-in video game, so when Christopher Nolan’s Batman follow-up, The Dark Knight, released in 2008, it was rather peculiar when no video game was released along side it.
According to Movie News Guide, there’s a possibility that the January update may be the one last ever released for “Batman: Arkham Knight”, especially with rumors suggesting that the game’s developing may be focusing more on other projects.
The game would have been the first open world Batman game to be produced as we would not see Rocksteady’s Batman Arkham City until 2011. The game was officially canceled in October and Pandemic’s Brisbane office, which was the main team in charge of the game, was closed down by EA on Christmas of that year.
It also comes with a release date-March 17, which was the date “Batman: Arkham Knight” arrived. Dark Knight had all the makings of a phenomenal game. While far from surprising, it’s still another mishap in a long line of troubles with getting the Batman game running on anything that isn’t a PlayStation 4 or an Xbox One. The title was being developed by the now defunct Pandemic Studios.

Again, at the heart of the rumors is Amazon-specifically, Amazon Germany, who let slip a listing for “Batman: Arkham Knight – Sonder Edition”.
