Armed robbery charges authorized against suspects in Craigslist ambush

He was arraigned earlier this week on a charge of possession of heroin after police said he was found with the drug at a house on North Broadway Boulevard where one of the injured men also was located. They were taken by ambulance to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.

All three of the attackers fled and the two men from Grand Rapids went to the McDonald’s at 1695 W. Michigan Ave.to call police at 7:54 p.m.

Battle Creek police are reminding the public to be smart about online safety after a shooting at a meeting over a Craigslist ad.

Officers recovered the revolver used in the shooting.

Blocker said he did not know anything about their conditions.

Detectives were continuing their investigation.

  1. Haha, glad they got what was coming. Stupid not to meet at a police station, but then he wouldn’t have had a chance to legally shoot some scum.
