Armenian troops also violated the ceasefire with Azerbaijan on the contact line in Terter during the OSCE monitoring with the participation of the Minsk Group co-chairs. “The use of heavy weapons, such as mortars and rocket launchers, is unacceptable”, the statement notes. “We deeply regret the casualties among innocent civilians and expect the sides to take every step to avoid violence”, the mediators said. We raised existing proposals designed to stabilize the security situation and create a more constructive atmosphere for negotiations.
