Prosecutors were reviewing the case to make a final decision on what charges Taylor would face in connection with the murder of Amanda Blackburn. Officials say that individual knew of the rapes, robberies, burglaries and murder, but did not participate. He had previously been questioned in the case and released, according to FOX 59 in Indianapolis.

Detectives pieced together an account of the men entering the Blackburn home, which was unlocked, and confronting Amanda Blackburn, the pregnant mother of a toddler who was awaiting the return of his husband Davey, a pastor, from an early morning workout.
Appearing on “Inside Edition” Thursday, Davey Blackburn begged the public for information that could help the investigation. “The investigators’ve been so great to the through this entire procedure, attempting to keep us up to speed on what they’ve”, he said.
The woman died in the hospital two days after she was shot in the head. IMPD received federal assistance from the United States Marshals Services in the arrest. “All victims of criminal homicides deserve closure, and as a community we must send a collective message that violence is not option”, said IMPD Chief Rick Hite.
WTHR, WYFF News 4’s affiliate station in Indianapolis, is reporting that a person of interest in the death of Amanda Blackburn has been charged with murder.
At least one of the suspects is cooperating with detectives.
Blackburn said he will take time to grieve and focus on his young son, all the while remaining optimistic.
