Given that the image was shared by Marc Guggenheim on Twitter – and that Guggenheim is the executive producer on Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow but doesn’t work on The Flash – it’s probably reasonable to assume the image comes from an upcoming episode of Arrow. According to Variety, the heroes were featured in a promotional image for the crossover that came out in September. In fact, Hawkgirl already made her onscreen debut in the first season finale of “The Flash”. Together, they’re fated to be reborn again and again throughout time.

It was confirmed that the crossover episode for “The Flash” and “Arrow” will air by the end of this year, but for “Legends of Tomorrow”, it is expected to premiere in early days of 2016. Speaking to Zap2It in October, “Arrow” star Stephen Amell explained the situation. “It’s not the case this year”, the actor said. It feels like an episode of Flash and then an episode of Arrow. And they’re not just weaving together two shows, but three, setting up the massive-scale spinoff series Legends of Tomorrow, which will feature characters from both shows. As for Hawkman, it was announced he would make his first appearance shortly after he was added to Legends of Tomorrow as an extra main cast member.
