Arrow’s Marc Guggenheim talks season 4 villain Damien Darhk, first look image
Let’s just hope that this issue is put to bed firmly now, primarily since there are a million or so other things that we really could discuss in future “Arrow” articles, from the relationship to Felicity to what could be coming with some of the show’s villains.

The executive producer also implied that Darhk will arrive relatively quickly in Season 4. He’s not as centurion as Ra’s, he’s not as looney tune as Slade, he’s not as – and people will be surprised I use this word – he’s not as noble as Malcolm Merlyn.
New spoilers for “Arrow” reveal the first look at Neal McDonough as Damien Darhk while Stephen Amell said he will not grow a goatee in order to look more like the comic book version of Green Arrow. He’s pure evil. We wanted someone who was truly, truly malevolent. “Never. Our show could go 14 seasons and a goatee will never appear”, he tweets. All of our big bads always thought they were doing… the wrong thing for the right reason.
The show is set to come straight out of the gate with their new bad guy this season and seeing Oliver confront him, unlike Ra’s who didn’t go toe-to-toe with Oliver until the mid-season finale.
In the original comics, the Weapons clans consisted of seven groups organized around a weapon mascot such as sword, arrow and spear.
Other additions to the new season include Alexander Calvert as Lonnie Machin/Anarky and Echo Kellum as Mister Terrific. Better known as Double Down, Jeremy is a metahuman that can “turn his playing card tattoos into deadly weapons”, reports What Culture. Unfortunately, outside of Oliver Queen changing his superhero identity to Green Arrow, there hasnt been much news regarding exploration of the Emerald Archers direct mythology, which isnt too surprising given that the previous three seasons have introduced quite a few individuals from his supporting cast and rogues gallery.
“Arrow” Season 4 premieres October. 7 on The CW.
