Arrow Season Four Premiere To Be Titled “Green Arrow”
The Arrow segment kicked off with Stephen Amell hitting the stage in his brand new costume, confirming that he will now be known as Green Arrow on the show.

Screenrant reported that two new characters will be added in “Arrow” season 4 as Anarky and Mister Terrific will join the cast during Warner Bros./DC TV panel in the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con event last week. And we’ll be spending more time in Starling City again. The costume was designed by Maya Mani, who has also designed the costumes for Speedy, Black Canary, and more on the show.
So it looks like we’ll see Oliver’s transition from the Arrow take place in the very first episode, which lays the groundwork for the entire season. Whether that’s Earth-Two’s Eobard (who sometimes goes by Professor Zoom in the comics) or some other version completely, we still don’t know yet but Kreisberg said he’s faster than either Flash or Reverse Flash. As for Anarky, it’s possible that his character could be based on the 2005 comic Anarky in the US, where he squares off against Oliver Queen.
Ramsey confirmed that Diggle will get a costume this year, teasing that he would have a helmet (though he may have been joking).
In addition to magic, Mericle said the show will be delving into the theme of “family”, including our main characters’ actual families as well as the found family of Team Arrow. The problem for Oliver Queen here is that maybe he will see somewhat of a season 1 version of himself through this character. That’s good news for the large portion of the audience that simply can’t get enough of the BFFs. “However, there is somebody else in the realm that I would really like [to see] and I think we’re going to see that relationship be opened up and looked into”. She also has a keen interest in metahumans. And in typical Arrow fashion, this new element will also tie into Oliver’s flashback story.

The show’s fourth season is set to debut on American televisions on October 7, 2015, at 8:00 p.m. (ET).
