Arsenal beat Manchester Utd, Bayern rout Dortmund

Arsenal scored all three of its goals in the first 20 minutes, with Sanchez taking his personal haul to six goals in three games with a deft backheel flick and a pile-driver from the edge of the area.

Billed as a big game but seven minutes in it was over as a contest.

Now the Times report that United’s players were unhappy with Van Gaal for setting them out in such a way, and implored him to play on the counter.

“Earlier in the week we had won against Wolfsburg in the Champions League, coming from one goal behind, and the team was feeling good before the worldwide break, but then we had those terrible 20 minutes”.

Arsenal crushed Manchester United 3-0 at the Emirates in the most highly anticipated game of the week.

United manager Louis van Gaal admitted that he was “amazed” by the lack of aggression shown by his side in the opening stages, particularly after a run of four successive wins in all competitions.

“Now we must carry on, as I said before, and play like we were doing in previous weeks”.

Former United midfielder Johnny Giles went as far to claim that Arsenal will not be able to succeed and win trophies with the World Cup victor in the side. We surprised them with our start.

Arsenal’s fresh deal for Alexis follows a policy they’ve created this year to tie-down their first-team stars, with Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud signing over the summer- whilst Nacho Monreal and Mesut Ozil have been touted as the next in-line.

Collymore had called for the Premier League to be split into two divisions of 18 teams, with financial parity the goal, and allowing teams who win promotion to the top flight a better chance of success upon getting there.

“We said it from the beginning of the season that we could be contenders but we have to be consistent”. Not even 10 minutes have passed and things were already looking very bad.

“They are flying away and I can not build up a new situation that they have the confidence to play football, to win your next battle against Everton away, for example”.

The Gunners were under intense pressure heading into the game having lost in the Champions League to Olympiacos last week while United topped the table after a comfortable victory over Sunderland at Old Trafford.
