Arsenal closing in on Alexandre Lacazette transfer from Lyon as striker leaves
Arsenal may have been handed a big boost in their pursuit of Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette this summer after his manager admitted he could be leaving, the Daily Telegraph reports.

The £40m striker has not asked for a transfer but continues to be a main target for a number of Premier League clubs.
“Lacazette could still leave”, Aulas said.
“The sooner it is resolved, the better it will be for everyone”.
When asked about his future with Les Gones, Lacazette told Le Parisien: “I have not made my decision”.
“I am not anxious”.
According to The Independent, Lacazette is now contracted until 2018, and will have to hand in an official transfer request if he wants to force a move away from the club before the start of next season.
Such form led to the striker being linked with a move overseas – with Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and German club Borussia Dortmund all being claimed to be keen on the France worldwide, whose current contract with Les Gones expires in 2018.
He added: “When? That is the question…” Everything depends on the destination.
“I’m really excited about joining Arsenal Football Club and can’t wait to join up for pre-season”.

If the French global is to arrive on Merseyside then the Reds will have to fight off European giants Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich – both of whom have the advantage of Champions League football – as they are rumoured to be keeping an eye on the forward. Barcelona and Real Madrid, you don’t reject them. The 24 year old forward has scored one goal in 8 appearances for the National team and has scored over 50 goals for Lyon in senor level.
