Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has revealed he could allow the 21-year-old England worldwide leave the Emirates Stadium on a temporary basis before the transfer window closes on August 31.
It has been reported that Hull City, Stoke City and Middlesbrough are the other sides weighing up a loan deal for the out of favour English defender.
“Future? No. The fact that he [Chambers] could go out somewhere and play?” There has been foreign interest as well with Espanyol, Valencia and Roma.
After a promising first campaign with the Gunners in 2014-15, Chambers struggled to make the first-team squad last season except as injury cover.
A statement on Arsenal’s website read: “Calum heads to Middlesbrough for the opportunity to gain further first-team experience in the Premier League”.

Chambers had travelled to Middlesbrough’s Rockliffe Park training ground on Tuesday to undergo his medical before sealing his move, much to coach Aitor Karanka’s delight.
