Arsenal play attractive football but need personality, says Patrick Vieira
We don’t speak about the performances of the players anymore. The 28-year-old could still turn out to be a great signing for the side as he would not cost more than £10 million, which would be a bargain for the manager. I believe the chances were there.

“If I buy you tomorrow for £45million, I have spent £45m and I would have done well because I will have listened to you but spending the money itself isn’t a quality”. He said the team would spend “big money” this summer…but only on the right player.
“I believe it is very hard to identify people and find them”.
“I have not to forget as well that we are a club who has 600 employes who we need to have a responsible attitude (towards) as well”. You need to reinforce the team but he’s training every day with the players and may believe they can do it.
“If we can find players who can strengthen our team, we are not reluctant to spend the money”.
Arsene Wenger has come under heavy verbal attack from fans and media as who are expecting him to invest into the squad which finished second last campaign. “We look and analyse absolutely everything and we have to make the right decisions”.
The likes of Sunderland, Liverpool, Tottenham, West Ham and Arsenal are all keeping tabs on the 19-year-old midfielder, say the Daily Mirror.
Whilst stalwarts like Laurent Koscielny and Mesut Ozil were back for the game, the Gunners are still missing their first choice striker, Olivier Giroud, who was given an extended holiday after helping France to the final of Euro 2016.
“The whole back four played well, and [Koscielny] guided the defence well”.
“I am sure my chief executive didn’t want to dampen the expectations on that front”, Wenger said after Arsenal’s 1-1 draw at RC Lens in a preseason game. That’s why everyone is on the market for the same players and the deals.
‘They’ve been disappointing, losing games they should have won’.
“The challenge for them is to do well again and to show that their past year was not a one off”, he said.
“It’s a team which is well organised and it’s very hard to create chances”. The Gunners immediately looked more risky when Wenger brought on Ozil and Giroud toward the end, but they still didn’t create any clear-cut chances.

“You give the player a normal holiday, and they are not ready to start the championship, or you don’t give them the holiday and they are mentally and physically jaded”. As always, not the money we haven’t got [because] it is not my money.
