Arsenal sign Lucas Perez and Shkodran Mustafi
Seriously, can this guy win?

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Lucas Perez and Shkodran Mustafi will sign for Arsenal shortly after completing medicals.
After Arsenal defeated Watford 3-1 to get their first victory of the new Premier League season, manager Arsène Wenger spilled some more good news in his post-game press conference.
“Look at my face”.
“The Gunners have emerged as the 9/4 front-runners to sign Algerian winger Yacine Brahimi from Porto, overtaking Premier League rivals Everton who are now at 7/2, with the Merseyside club rumoured to have opened negotiations to sign the player last week”.
Wenger has tried to sign a striker all summer and finally settled on Perez after failing to land Jamie Vardy or Alexandre Lacazette. “In the next two or three days everybody will find agreements”.
Germany centre-back Mustafi, 24, will join Arsenal from Valencia on a five-year deal, according to Sky in Germany, with a fee which could rise to £35m understood to have been agreed this week.
With the huge influx of cash across the PL, teams across Europe know the PL has a lot more money to spend this summer and the prices are going through the roof.
The Gunners boss has confirmed the two players have joined the club with an official announcement expected at the start of next week and does not expect any more signings.
Lucas Perez, however, arrives with some doubts due to his age, although managing to score 17 goals for notoriously un-creative Deportivo in La Liga represents a striker of good ability.

Even if these are “panic buys” from Wenger, you can no longer accuse Arsenal of not spending money. Arsenal’s fans will have to find something else to moan about now as Wenger enters the final year of his contract.
