Arsenal to receive FA verdict on Gabriel Friday
The relationship between the two managers has been further strained since Chelsea’s 2-0 win over Arsenal last Saturday, a game in which Gabriel and Santi Cazorla were both sent off for the visitors.

When asked about Diego Costa and his three-match ban from last week’s match, Mourinho declined to provide an answer, simply taking a dig at his rival, Arsene Wenger, in beefy fashion.
Mourinho has been fined in the past for speaking out in similar fashion, but Wenger was not reprimanded – just as he was not punished when he pushed the Chelsea boss in the technical area during the corresponding fixture a year ago.
The fall-out from feisty derbies against Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur continued to dominate the build-up to Arsenal’s important weekend game away to Leicester City, with manager Arsene Wenger not knowing whether defender Gabriel can play. Steve [McClaren] is under pressure, I am under pressure, Brendan [Rodgers], [Manuel] Pellegrini.
‘I have sympathy with all of them, because it’s a hard job.
“There is one manager who is for a few reason outside of that list”.
“Now we know that retaliation is allowed”.
“He does not achieve and he still keeps the job”.
“That just shows that they (the FA) decided after the game what should have been decided during the game and they fix five percent of the damage that has been done to us”.
Mourino who has been in a long running with Wenger feud had earlier in the press conference, claimed that the Arsenal manager can “cry” all the time about referees while he cannot speak out for fear of reprisal.
“In the rules book it says a few managers can speak about the referees before and after games”. If I speak about the referee, I’m suspended.
Arsenal midfielder Gabriel Paulista has been handed a one-match suspension from the FA for improper conduct, according to Guardian.
Radamel Falcao or Loic Remy will start up front in his absence, with Willian, Oscar and Pedro all fit to feature. I’m on the other list. I watched the game again. I don’t think it’s a motivation for him to score against Newcastle more than it’s a motivation for him to score against Walsall.

The Portuguese was in a particularly spiky mood at his media briefing at Cobham on Friday before Saturday’s trip to Newcastle United.
