Arsene Wenger Identifies Problem in Arsenal’s Star Player

Now in fourth place, trailing league leader Chelsea by 10 points, an English Premier League title looks most unlikely.

Martin Keown believes Arsene Wenger’s future with Arsenal has already been decided and it is the club who are responsible for any delay in making an announcement.

“And I think that’s the danger”.

“Petr Cech may be the better known, but Ospina has done a great job, so it doesn’t matter which ‘keeper we play against because we will play against a very good one”. The 67-year-old Wenger has won six FA Cups with Arsenal to go with the three EPL titles, but a European title has eluded him.

You have the group stage where Scottish football’s interest usually lies – as was the case with Celtic this season – and then you get to the knockout stage where the crème de la crème take centre stage.

“That made me adapt quickly, and helped me to start training immediately as I felt that the team really needs me now”.

“I can’t imagine that Oli will be the new sporting director of Bayern Munich”.

Bayern look slower defensively and more laborious in attack, but they are still incredibly hard to defeat and they still have superb individual talent that decides games more often than not.

Arsenal will travel to Germany at a time when they are not at their most confident, having only won one of their last 3 games in the League.

“I have nothing to add there”, Wenger said when directly asked about reports he would persist with Ospina in the Champions League.

“As everyone knows, I’m happy here at Bayern and therefore extended my contract”, Neuer said.

“It’s like a family business”.

“This is family business -he loves the club so much – he’s given the next manager a tremendous platform to work from”.

Arsenal will be looking to bring home a positive result when they take on Bayern Munich in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 clash on Wednesday night.

None of Arsenal’s various suspensions apply here (and they’re over anyway) – both Arsene Wenger and Granit Xhaka will be available for selection tomorrow.

“Only Alex Ferguson at Manchester United did something similar and you have to say it is an wonderful achievement”.

“That’s all speculation, but basically it is easier to play a team you already know”, said Neuer.

Arsenal will welcome back Granit Xhaka after the Swiss worldwide missed the last four games through suspension and Arsene Wenger himself will also be back from a ban himself after serving his four-game touchline ban.
