Arsene Wenger says Jack Wilshere has cracked left fibula
The England worldwide suffered yet another ankle injury in training on Saturday and according to The Mail scans have shown a suspected hairline fracture.

“There is minimal damage apart from the bone damage – there is no damage at all apart from that”.
The Arsenal midfielder will reportedly find out his fate before the weekend, with a best case scenario putting him out for 6-8 weeks, a return in late September.
Jack Wilshere is set for yet another spell on the sidelines after he suffered a serious leg injury in training.
Wenger initially said it would be a “matter of days” before Wilshere returned, but it swiftly became apparent he would miss the Hammers clash – and now the prognosis is far worse.
Worldwide appearances have been badly affected, despite the backing of successive managers, who have valued a combination of creative passing and tenacious defending ideal in a modern midfield player.
He has also earned 28 caps for the England national team and has found the back of the net on two occasions for the Three Lions.

With Wilshere out of action Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain looks likely to be handed a spot in the starting line-up in Arsenal’s first game of the season against West Ham.
