Arsene Wenger to decide Arsenal future at the end of the season
While the club won its final pre-season friendly against Manchester City 3-2 Sunday, central defender Gabriel Paulista had to leave the pitch on a stretcher during stoppage time. Manchester United, City, Chelsea have all got good players, but if Arsenal can get those two players they’ll have a chance.

Arsene Wenger believes the influx of world class managers to the Premier League has made the title race more even than ever.
Gabriel has given Arsenal a fitness boost by revealing his injury is not as bad as first feared. This means that Arsenal will be without their star center-back partnership when they embark on their 2016/17 Championship campaign.
“Guilt because you want to predict who would win the league and you would not have included Leicester so everybody else would say we should have come in front of Leicester”.
“He is in the medical team with our doctor and our physios”, manager Arsene Wenger told Sky Sports News HQ after the match. “I think he really feels like he can win and do something special with this team so he just keeps going”. “You can say we’re exhausted but that’s no reason to play like that and we know we can do better”, Can was quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.
“For me, a centre-half is most important with Gabriel getting injured against Man City, and also a centre-forward”.
Arsenal have already signed Granit Xhaka, Takuma Asano and Rob Holding in this transfer window.
The England global, who sees himself as a winger but has spoken of his desire to play a more central role, has been tried in both positions by Wenger.

“Let’s not be naive, the economic power of the Premier League attracts the best players and the best managers”.
