At least 10 killed in knife attack on Japan centre for disabled
Reports suggest at least 19 people have been killed after the knifeman went on a rampage about 2.30am local time.

A knife-wielding man attacked a facility for the disabled and then turned himself in, police said.
Four of those injured are reported to be in a serious condition.
Police in Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture, west of Tokyo have arrested a 20-year-old suspect, Kyodo reported.
Unconfirmed reports suggest the attacker may be a former member of staff.
More than 20 people are also injured, according to the Associated Press.
