At Least Five People Shot on SVSU’s Campus
Authorities say at least five people were hurt after shots were fired into a crowd at a party near Saginaw Valley State University. Those calling are asked to reference the shooting at 2207 Pierce Road. They’ve all been treated for their injuries and released.

According to Police, the shooting occurred around 2am at the Cardinal Townhomes on Pierce Road. None of the victims are Saginaw Valley State University students. The shooters are still outstanding. Anyone that sees the two suspects should call University police immediately.
The campus was placed on lockdown for a short time and students were urged to stay in their residences.
Deputies have yet to make an arrest.
Police are looking for a black male in his early 20s with dreadlocks with blonde or orange tips at the end. The line can be reached at 989-964-4348.
