Bentley said that its consumers would have great experience of customer services as well, as they could just step up to any AT&T store in order to gain access to TV on their phone apps right away, even before the TV service goes live in their living room. It has been only a week since the American telecommunications company purchased satellite service provider, DirecTV for $48.5 billion and today, it has already unveiled a new bundle. You will also be able to add AT&T broadband services to any package from $30 to $50 per month based on the speed of the internet. This could ultimately prove to be expensive if you’re getting everything at once, but it’s not often that you can spring for a single promo that theoretically covers all your needs.

The package is the first of many that are expected to make use of the AT&T’s combined TV, phone and Internet services. Existing DirecTV customers may want to take advantage of the company’s new ownership, too; AT&T is offering a $300 credit to those who switch from another carrier and trade in their phone for a new one on AT&T Next. That has created the largest pay-TV provider in the U.S., with about 26 million combined DirecTV and U-verse TV subs.

An analyst at Recon Analytics, Roger Entner, stated that TV as a separate business is no longer successful and merging it with other wireless media services has perhaps become necessary.

In addition to DirecTV, customers can opt for comparable U-verse TV plans in the 21 states where that service available.
