Four men looking to pounce on a pizza delivery guy recently got more than they bargained for when they opened the door.

“This wasn’t the average 5-foot-9 delivery guy”, his spokesman Sean Howard told CBS.
Authorities tracked down Harris’ four attackers based on the descriptions the senator gave them, as well as the evidence linked to the death in Georgia.
What the men weren’t counting on was the possibility that the driver they robbed would be a former National Football League linebacker.
Harris gave his delivery guys the night off one night, and delivered to an empty house that had a for-sale sign in the yard. At this point, it’s relevant to point out that Harris is 6-foot-3 and 250 pounds. The 37-year-old Harris was able to fight all four of them off, and when they ran away, he followed them to their getaway auto, called 911 and gave the description to police.
He called 911 to report the incident and described the Chevy Tahoe in which the robbers took off. Investigators found the Tahoe abandoned, and discovered it belonged to a murdered man in Georgia. He told police exactly where they were heading – a lumber yard in South Holland – where the attackers abandoned the vehicle and took off. He has not yet been charged, but is likely to be charged in relation to the attack.

But the police also found blood in the Tahoe. Two were stopped as they were stepping off a Megabus from Chicago. Harris’ descriptions helped police track down his assailants, and three of them are being in held in connection with the Georgia killing. Two of the suspects were arrested in Georgia, and another was arrested after he checked into a mental institution in Georgia. However, Howard said he expects charges to file against the fourth man. Three men had kidnapped and killed Jones after luring him with a dating app, police said, according to local Atlanta news Project Q.
