A Florida university student, who allegedly killed two strangers and tried to bite the face of one of the victims, will be charged with first-degree murder.

Kukuvka said the Sheriff’s Office had been working with the State Attorney’s Office to determine the appropriate charges. The Associated Press reported that Snyder earlier suggested that he is not in a hurry to charge Harrouff because his family or insurance will have to pay the hospital bill until he is charged.
Police said the couple had been beaten and stabbed in what appeared to be a “completely unprovoked and random attack” as they sat on a sofa in their open garage, which was covered in decorations and fairy lights.
She said Harrouff will be charged with first-degree murder in the death of Michelle Mischon Stevens and John Stevens, attempted first-degree murder in the attempting killing of Jeffrey Fisher, armed burglary and resisting an officer without violence.
“When someone says, “I’m psycho”, a lot of times what they’re trying to do is build up their sense of dangerousness and unpredictability”, said Miller.
The younger Stevens says knowing the attacker’s mindset is not “super important” to him. “I just want to see the prosecutor ask for the death penalty”. He just wants him to “pay for what he did”. “I hope he makes a full recovery so he can be put through the justice system”, she said.
Officials said Harrouff is in stable condition and more drug test results are expected to be out later next week. “With the love and energy and friends and strength in this room, we’re gonna make it through”, said Jeff Mishcon, the father of one of those killed.
Flakka has virtually disappeared since the Chinese government cracked down on its manufacture past year, Hall said.
Flakka, nicknamed “gravel”, has recently been banned in the United Kingdom and U.S. because of the “excited delirium” it causes.
Fisher sustained wounds Monday night before calling 911.
Back to Monday evening, Harrouff was eating with his parents that evening when he got into an argument with his father – prompting him to leave.
Mina Harrouff said her son had been “acting strange” in the past week or so and “would say things like he had superpowers; he was here to protect people and other such odd remarks”, according to the police report.
His mother told police her son didn’t have any history of mental problems and wasn’t a heavy drug user.
A neighbor was also injured after he tried to help the couple. It took a multiple deputies, a stun gun, and a police dog to pry the zombie attacker off his victim’s body.
Parents Wade and Mina Harrouff issued a statement Friday expressing their condolences to the Stevens family and their apologies to Fisher “for the pain and suffering caused by Austin”. The Harrouff family loves Austin as they know the Stevens and Mishcon families loved John Stevens III and Michelle Mishcon.

“There are no words we can offer to give any real comfort for this tragic loss”, the statement says.
