The Daily Mail reports Austin is dating a 22-year-old New Yorker named Danielle Caesar who’s been publicly professing her love for Austin since 2009.

Austin and longtime fan Danielle Ceasar are together, Jake confirms to People.
With all of the ruckus that their new relationship has caused since it was made public, Danielle has had to make her Twitter and Instagram accounts private.
“I’m insane for her”, he wrote alongside a heart emoji. According to Seventeen, the duo first met in 2011 at a meet and greet.
He started to follow her back on Twitter, where he has 3.6 million followers.
Ceasar’s online pursuit persisted over the next few years.
When Jake landed a role as Jesus Foster in The Fosters, Danielle tuned in religiously every Monday, expressing great excitement when Jake appeared shirtless on screen. It is unclear how long the two have been dating.
“Holy s–, wish that was me”, one commented. Just like any young fan, Ceasar used social media to send messages to her boy crush telling him how cute he was and how much she wanted to meet him.
