The Local Government Association (LGA) issued a warning for them who prefers to go with the illegal cigarettes, as it contain ‘human excrement’.

In a study made by the organization which states that the illegal cigarettes have been found to contain ‘human excrement’, which is actually believed to pose serious fire risks.
A spokesman from the local government association, said in a talk with local media, “Council prosecutions should serve as a strong warning to any shopkeeper thinking of stocking their shelves with illegal tobacco and not thinking twice about selling them cheaply to children and others”.
