Azealia Banks Dropped From Festival After Zayn Malik Rant

As reported, Banks took objection to Malik’s new “Like I Would” video, which was released on Tuesday (May 10).

The outspoken Banks created a collage on Instagram with side-by-side shots from Malik’s video alongside images from her own career, claiming that Malik was “mood boarding” her.

Azealia Banks took to social media to verbally attack singer Zayn Malik, and eventually television personality Skai Jackson, in a freakish Twitter rant.

She then misunderstood a tweet he sent out and courted controversy by taking aim at the former One Direction star’s Pakistani heritage during a vicious Twitter tirade. “Simmer down with that fake white boy rebellion and that wannabe beiber swag”, she tweeted.

The trolling expanded to include the Capital Breakfast show in London, who Banks railed at for tweeting at her that they were playing Malik’s music, piling on a tasteless joke about refugees at Zayn’s expense.

Of course the rapper did NOT like that and threw back some more insults, “Dude, I make better music than you”.

Once again Banks came out swinging against the 14-year-old girl on Twitter, because, remember, she lives her life on the Internet and – like Tinkerbell’s incessant need for applause – needs the drama to survive. “Born & Bred Festival”, an official statement says. After a series of tweets that had her calling Jackson a “Disney reject” who would play her maid one day, Banks ended things by writing, “You’re mom will be up in Disney’s Office’s sucking dick for your next fourth lead role!!!”

The pair were embroiled in a feud earlier on Wednesday when she slammed his time in boy band One Direction.

“Do you understand that you are a sang n**r who emulates white boys’ editions of black male hood?” Jackson responded. “And I know I won’t turn out like you bitter and miserable!” “No lies… I see you reaching but I don’t care“.

Apparently Malik’s supporters got a hold of Banks’ phone number as she began receiving calls from the angry fan base.
