A fresh row has broken out on the social media site between the most unlikely of tweeters: USA rapper Azealia Banks and EastEnders’ DI Samantha Keeble, AKA actress Alison Newman.

The 23-year-old rapper’s latest Twitter rant comes a week after she was caught on camera calling a flight attendant a ‘fucking faggot.’ If gay men are allowed to take words originally created to hurt women and make them colloquial, then why can’t I? “America picks and chooses when it likes to be offended”.
Azealia Banks went on a homophobic Twitter tirade following a temper tantrum that she threw on a plane last week during which she called a flight attendant a “f**king f**got”. “Get them pink hoods and unicorns and let them rally down rodeo drive”.

While Banks deleted her initial tweet she stood her ground and fired off other combative messages. Not only did she allegedly call the community the “gay white KKK”, she said they were “weak”. “If I am to be a part of an LGBT community I want to be in it with people who aren’t so weak or so easily moved ya know”.

And Newman gave as good as she got, tweeting: “I didn’t know who this woman was but on responding to the wonderful @Charliecondou I received this”. Because all the time spent being mad at word could’ve been used to help people who really need the help! “One day your hemmroids [sic] are going to burst and you’ll bleed to death, bitch”, she wrote in one. Remember… Offense is only TAKEN, it is never given.
